Our astrology reports are generated automatically within seconds of placing an order. Once the report generation process has started, cancellation or refund is not possible due to the personalized and digital nature of the service.

No Quality-Based Refunds

Reports are prepared using a systematic and code-driven Vedic astrology method. Refunds cannot be granted based on dissatisfaction with the content, interpretation, or outcomes described in the report.

Payment Issues

In rare cases where payment is deducted but the order is not processed, please email us at support@jyotishasha.com with valid proof of transaction. Most failed or pending payments are automatically reversed by banks or payment gateways within 48 hours as per their policies.
